Database Management & Construction
For our list management clients or at your request, Spot Behavior provides expert file construction and editing to help you get the most in-depth knowledge of your customers and maximum selections for list rental.


Merge/Purge
Merge/Purge is the combining of multiple lists and removing duplicate names or retaining the names that are common. You may save postage and printing costs by finding and eliminating on one or multiple lists. Try testing those names that are on multiple lists. They could be your best prospects.


File Conversions
Some lists can be produced only on specific media. We can convert input file from diskette or magtape onto magtape, diskette, CD, or into email, Cheshire labels, or pressure sensitive labels.


Postal Processing
Addresses are checked, edited, and corrected according to USPS standards. Zip Codes are checked and corrected. ZIP+4, carrier route and barcode data are added. Once your lists are corrected & coded, we can perform First Class or Standard Class presorting for maximum postal discounts. All of our services are CASS and PAVE certified.


Data Enhancement
Add more to your own list. Your list is run against other databases to pick up phone numbers, gender, income, credit cards, home ownership, and more. This process increases your list's rent ability and helps you to market to the right audience.


List Fulfillment
If your house list has grown beyond your ability to maintain it, call us! We will house, update, NCOA, CASS certify, produce and format for you.


List Management
